Project – Radar

Hey guys, its been a while since i was struck by the daily get-busy living. Now i’m having a semester break and decided to post some sneak peaks of my current project.
So yeah, This is my final project for my college, and i’m going to make a designer toy canvas (blank toy). Still in prototyping procress, and might be manufactured next year.. so, stay tune! 😀

Inspiration – Motion Graphics Showcase

Motion graphics are basically image+movement+sound = motion graphics.
There are some greate softwares to create motiongraphy, such as:
– Adobe After Effects
– Autodesk Combustion
– Apple Motion / Shake
– Jahshaka

Motion graphics are commonly used in advertisements, infographics and portfolio
showcases. To create a good motion graphics  you need to know the animation principles,
Adequate motiongraphy technical knowledge, and a massive PC specs ( the more the better )

Some additional knowledge for motiongraphy:
– Know how to create 3D objects,
– Advance visual effects
– Physics of animations
– Scripting (Javascripts for AE)
– 3rd party plug-ins

Cool Stuff – Citroen Survolt Concept

An ultra compact coupe, constructed with an ultra light weight tubular frame
that utilizes carbon fiber and a flat bottom for a reduction in drag.
This toy operates by electricity, using two electric motors that produce 300hp.
With a top speed of 260kph (162mph) and a 0-100kph (0-62mph) time of under five seconds.
It can be charge for only 2 hrs using specific power charger, or up to 10hrs using the
normal 220v network

Citroen Survolt Concept’s cockpit is designed like a floating cell, a glass setting
held between chrome-finished roll bars like some magnificent piece of jewellery.
Added more sensual touch using pink color.
Futuristic and elegant.

resulting in a futuristic-looking Baroque world.

The modeling is great, interesting theme, awesome visual direction.
Surely this is a MUST-buy!

The interior radiates a relaxing, elegant, and elite ambient, personally i like the indoor swimming pool.

It’s official opening was on November 2009.
Designed by Patricia Urquiola (to be honest, she should have a better website that showcasing her great designs.)
